(a symposium for The Last Supper Festival)

The discussion, on the evening of the autumn equinox, featured three short Pecha kucha style talks and then a series of facilitated World Cafe style discussions.

A vegetarian/vegan seasonal stew was served.

The discussions were recorded, put through an algorithm, and turned into a data visualization that was shown at The Last Supper Festival.

The talks were the means for the discussion, the discussion were the means for the data visualization. And the stew helped too.

Identifying Ou Means Visualization

The visualization illustrates the most common keywords, and animates their used over time in the group discussions, reconciled to the speaker and the group/discussion (the participants rotated through all the groups during the event).

"People" are the most important means as measured by overall occurrences in discussion.
